We love when our local businesses and neighbors meet here for community enrichment, business development, seminars and team building, or to throw a great benefit, event, reception, or party. We have our main event room with seminar seating capacity for up to 250 people, banquet capacity with tables for up to 30 tables, and seating capacity for up to 180 people. We also have classroom / workshop space with flexible arrangement of open space, seminar tables seating 30-40 people, or chairs-only capacity of 50-60 people.

Main Hall with Stage

  • $500/ 6 hours ($100 each additional hour)
  • $100 room set up
  • $50/ hr AV Tech (2 hr minimum)

  • Screen and projection, white board
  • $75 / 2 hours ($40 each additional hour)
  • $50 room set up

 

Classroom 2

  • Classroom seating, chairs only, up to 25
  • Seminar table seating up to 15
  • $50 / 2 hours ($25 each additional hour)
  • $50 room set up

 

Books & Coffee Shop Space

  • Cafe tables and seating for 30+
  • Additional chairs & tables available, mix-used space
  • $200 / 3 hours ($75 each additional hour)
  • $75 room set up

 

General Information

  • AV Tech Support $50/ hr (minimum of 2 hours)
  • Kitchen is included in Main Hall rental, or $50/hr for other space rentals
  • Barista to serve coffee (for after hour / weekend events) $15/ hr (min of 2 hrs)
